• Announcements for week 2-8-10

    • Wednesday night— This Wed., Feb. 10, we continue to strategize from the movie “To Save a Life” and what God wants us to do about it!”  We start at 7pm and end at 8:30pm.  Focus:  “Say Something—Do Something”
    • Thursday Night Dodgeball!  Congrats to our team who is currently 4-1 in league play!  Our game this Thursday is at 7:30pm.  Go get ‘em Cougars!
    • L.O.F.T. (Learning Our Faith Together) continues this Sunday, Feb. 14 as we go through the Bible in 1 year.  We’ll be focusing on the book of Mark.  We start at 9:15 and end at 10:30. If you’re trying to stay on pace with reading through the Bible in 1 year you’ll want to complete Mark by Sunday.
    • Small groups will be meeting from 4:30-6pm.
    • Lunch with Larry at the Rock— See you soon at the Rock.  Email or text Larry if you want to eat with him at “a” or “b” lunch!  We’re waiting for the Rock Café to re-open for this semester.
    • Sign up now for the Kalahari Escape—Note the date change…again!  We’ll be going on Monday, Feb. 15, (Feb. 16 or 17 as previously noted) so that the most people can go!!  8am-8pm, $30 for the day.  Tonight is the last night to sign up!
    • Mission Trip applications are out!  We’ll be going to Atlanta, GA and working with the Atlanta Dream Center July 10-18.  Our first meeting will be on Monday, Feb. 22 and not on Feb. 15 (due to the Kalahari Conflict) from 7-8:30pm.  You can bring your applications and $50 deposit to that first meeting.  This meeting is just for students—your parents don’t need to come yet.
    • Join us for a special 5th Quarter Band night as we host “PCEP Helps Haiti” benefit concert!  It’ll be on Friday, Feb. 26 from 8-11:30 and it will feature the bands Serein, PK Fire, A Letter to You & Twenty-For-Seven!  $$ raised will go to help the Red Cross in Haiti.
