
- Wednesday night— This Wednesday we’ll continue our new series—“Scarred—Hope for those who Hurt!” This week our focus is on “Risking to deal with Life’s hurts!” 7-8:30 in the barn In 2 weeks we’ll heading to the Witkowski’s barn for our annual “Prayer, Praise & Pie!!” It’ll be 6:30-9 on Nov. 25 (the day before thanksgiving) and we will be taking a bus from the barn & back. LOFT (Learning Our Faith Together) continues this Sunday, Nov. 8 as we go through the Bible in a year study and focus on Job. This week’s through the Bible in 1 year is the book of Job.
- Small groups—meet this Sunday, Nov. 15, 4:30-6pm.
- Lunch with Larry at the Rock—Be sure to email Pastor Larry and bring your form. “A” lunch is at 10:26 and “B” lunch is at 11:26! See you outside of the Rock Café!
- 5th Quarters—Our next one is this Friday, Nov. 13 (there is no 5th Quarter on Nov. 20 as it appears on our h.s. calendar) and it features the bands “Of Asaph” & “Chasing Daylight.” It goes from 9:30-11:45.
- The 1st Annual Fall Fling! Crazy praise & worship with the Phil Wing Band from Velocity + watching the U of M vs. Ohio game on TV, pizza, food, Gameworks, Fort Rapids Indoor Waterpark and staying overnight! Nov. 21-22, $40 leaving that Saturday for Ohio at 8am and returning Sunday at 4:30pm.
- Our 7th Annual Turkey Bowl happens Thanksgiving morning at 7am! This will be a great time for all high school students and our former high schooners! It will be over by 10am with medals to the champions & your name immortalized forever on our Turkey Bowl Plaque!
- Spring Hill—Sign ups have begun for this year’s winter camp! The date: Jan. 8-10 and the cost will be the same as last year, $150. Get your brochure and forms and submit your $50 deposit to save your space. Spaces are limited so get yours in now!
- It’s time for our 7th annual “Prayer, Praise & Pie” at the Witkowski’s (6777 Spring Meadows Lane in Plymouth). It’ll take place on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 6:30-9pm. We will leave from the barn at 6:30 and return back at 9pm. This is for all students in our middle school, high school & college. We may even be hosting people from Metro. Life Church as well. Please bring a pie and we’ll provide the hot beverages!
Hey Students…it’s an opportunity to serve in the main service 1 Sunday a month as an usher. Sign up in the barn and we’ll give you the details. Let the congregation see you in a different light as you pass out bulletins, collect offering and help greet at the door. Talk to Pastor Larry if you have any questions!
